Applying

At FAMUN there are two different ways of applying as a single delegate, delegation or as a chair. At FAMUN we accept applications through e-mail and through MyMUN, MyMUN is a very user-friendly MUN-platform through which everyone involved will get a good overview of their committee and other necessary information. On the left-hand side of this page you will find the option to choose between both ways of applying. On this page, you will find a step for step tutorial on how to apply for FAMUN via mail.

 Via mail

  1. Please contact famun@farel.nl to confirm your participation in FAMUN 2025. For Delegations: please include your school's name and number of delegates in the email. 

  2. You’ll be sent a registration form where we will ask for information on your delegates such as: name, prior conferences, e-mail address, housing arrangements, health condition/allergies/diet (for our housing program and lunch), experience (beginner/intermediate/advanced) and committee preferences.

  3. MUN-Directors/Head Delegates will be asked to sign up through MyMUN and invite delegates. MyMUN is a very user-friendly MUN-platform through which everyone involved will get a good overview of their committee and other necessary information.  

  4. At this point the FAMUN registration team will be assigning your delegates to committees and countries. This can take a while as we first need all the applications before this process can be completed.  

  5. Information on assigned countries and committees will be sent to you/your school by email.  

  6. After signing up through MyMUN and when the allocations are completed, delegates can see their committee, contact their chairs and hand in their position papers in MyMUN.
