We have arranged two housing possibilities for delegates, faculty advisors, chairs and any other visitors which include host families and a youth hostel. Of course, delegates and delegations can also decide to arrange housing themselves, this will all be dealt with during and after registration.

Host families

During our conference, we aim to create a warm and international atmosphere. Therefore, we would like to house most of our delegates in host families. Unfortunately, we are limited in the number of host families we can offer and therefore international delegations will have the highest priority. There is a charge of €15 for staying at a host family.

Youth hostels

While FAMUN does not arrange accommodations directly, we are pleased to assist in facilitating contact with hostel StayOkay Soest or Utrecht. Our aim is to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. 

Travelling from StayOkay to the debate venue and back is at least a 30-minute trip, so we will arrange transport from and to the venue. All delegates that are staying in a StayOkay can book the transport for a small extra fee. 

Please note that while we provide this contact assistance and transportation service, all accommodation arrangements must be made directly with the hostels. 

During registration, please indicate whether you would like to be housed at a host family or at the StayOkay hostel, or whether you will arrange housing yourself.
